The Arranged Marriage [Prologue~]
Aeris mind was screaming form the inside. She can’t think straight ever since she heard that news. It had been troubling her day and night.

"WHAT?!?!" she exclaimed, totally bewildered of what her mother just said.
She sat back in the chair and let out an exasperated sigh. Of all the problems she had faced, this was the first one she cannot confront without any help. How she wished her brother was here.
"But it wasn’t my decision…" her mother reasoned out.
They were in a wide room with chair and expensive looking vases. The curtains on the windows were rimmed with gold laces. The floor was shiny that you could see your reflection.
Her mother looked like an elegant and well respected woman. But when against her own daughter she cowered back to her seat. It was not like her daughter had the authority to boss her around but the glare in her daughter’s eyes were frightening.
"It was your grandmother’s decision," her mother’s voice almost trembling as she continued.
Another bad news. If it was her grandmother’s decision, she could never make an excuse not to follow her. Especially if she didn’t have a valid reason.
‘Everything I decide is vital to our lives,’ her grandmother always said.
It was vital to their lives just because it was about their family’s business. It was all do this, do that when it comes to her. She wished that her brother would have stay and comforted her right now. But no matter how she wished and hoped her brother won’t ever come home again.
"BUT WHAT THE HECK DOES AN ARRANGED MARRIAGE HAVE TO DO WITH THE FAMILY BUSINESS??!!"
